JOB DESCRIPTION

  • You are the first point of contact and responsible for actively acquiring new system users (dentists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, and oral surgeons).
  • Presentation of our innovative products as well as training of users.
  • Competent advice and support for existing and new customers.
  • Strengthening existing customer relationships and systematically expanding the potential of our existing and new customers.
  • Accompanying/assisting with initial operations for new customers (upon request).
  • Supervision of SDS events at the training centre in Kreuzlingen as well as other marketing activities at external events (roadshows, trade fairs, congresses, etc.).
  • Market and competition monitoring.
  • Driving innovation by contributing to the further development of our innovative products based on user feedback.
  • Maintaining data records of all activities in the CRM system.
  • International: Supporting the VP Business Development and New Markets with strategic and operational tasks.
  • Assisting in the development of new and international markets.
  • Preparation and support of trade fairs and international meetings.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of international projects.

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree in (dental) medicine, dental technology, or business administration.
  • You have already gained relevant experience in the dental industry.
  • You are highly motivated, communicative, and act in a customer-oriented manner.
  • Meticulous and structured working style with initiative and strong persuasive skills.
  • You are reliable and have a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
  • High level of commitment and ability to work in a team.
  • Good IT skills in the MS Office environment, and experience working with a CRM system is desirable.
  • Very good and business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are an advantage (e.g. Spanish, Italian, or French).
  • You hold a valid driving licence.
  • You are willing to travel and are prepared to support our customers at congresses and training events on some weekends.

Head Inside Sales & Customer Success

Development and Expansion of Inside Sales

  • Expanding the previous customer service approach into an Inside Sales and Customer Success approach with a proactive rather than reactive focus.
  • Developing the new approach in collaboration with the Sales Leadership Team.
  • Implementing the new approach.

Integration into Sales Processes

  • Developing sub-processes and responsibilities throughout the entire sales funnel together with the lead team.
  • Integrating employees into sales processes.

Management of the Inside Sales Team

  • Establishing, leading, and developing the team.
  • Promoting sales excellence through training, workshops, and feedback.

Management Based on and Achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration (university, technical college, or equivalent further education).
  • Several years of experience in leading an Inside Sales department in the B2B sector; experience in the medical technology industry is desirable.
  • High level of responsibility and leadership experience.
  • Independent "go-getter" and "player/learner" mentality.
  • Resilience and enthusiasm.
  • Proven success (KPIs) in managing Inside Sales tasks.
  • Good IT skills in the MS Office environment and experience with an ERP or inventory management system.
  • Very good German skills and good English skills (spoken and written).
